Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has launched a celebratory menu because the chain hits the twentieth anniversary milestone of its enlargement outdoors New York. Starting on March 7, the model will launch its Celebration! menu, in keeping with a press launch.
“Celebrating 20 years is a key milestone, so we knew we wanted to do one thing equally particular to have fun,” Pam Nedwetzky, Grimaldi’s director of selling. “We challenged our culinary supervisor Hector Godinez to provide you with a never-before seen pizza. Marrying the normal New York preparation of an all-beef sizzling canine with mustard, sauerkraut and onions on a pizza crust made good sense to have fun this event. Whereas it’d seem to be a wierd mixture to some, we wished to create a menu merchandise combining two iconic New York staples — pizza and hotdogs.”
The Celebration menu consists of the NY Sizzling Canine Pizza; an Arugula Snap Salad; Confetti Cheesecake, Coconut Cream Cheesecake; the Bridge Board, a charcuterie plate and particular cocktails Peroni Coney Island Spritz and The Boulevard made with Tincup whiskey, Cinzano candy vermouth and Campari.
The menu is accessible for dine-in and takeout from March 7-June 6.
